- Participate in the formulation of the Agency's strategy.
- Participate in defining the department's strategic goals and performance indicators and work to achieve them.
- Contribute to the implementation of the strategy of the Agency for Financial Affairs and Accounts.
- Participate in setting goals and operational plans for the department.
- Periodic review of the current policies of public accounts, cash management policies, financial control and executive frameworks thereof, work on reviewing the draft document of proposed developments and improvements in line with regulations and systems and submitting it to the concerned in the Agency for review and approval.
