Project Coordinator

Coordinate internal resources and thirdparty vendors to ensure projects are executed flawlessly.

Ensure timely delivery of all projects within defined scope.
Based on provided scope and requirements translate them into tasks schedule and assign tasks.
Collaborate with the team to maintain project momentum and adherence to schedule.
Communicate any changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs
Monitor and analyze project performance cost and schedule providing comprehensive reports and suggesting improvements0
Develop and maintain detailed project documentation
Conduct quality assurance checks.
Conclude projects finalize documentation and deliver project outcomes to management.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in MIS or related field
Experience with SAP Ariba solutions Preferable
Ability to work collaboratively with customers and team members
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to manage multitasking
