Project Manager - Hospitality

• Create project plans that identify the activities needed to successfully complete the project
• Define the scope of work in collaboration with the project portfolio manager
• Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated
• Develop timelines for project completion and effectively allocate the resources to achieve them
• Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date and deliverables are within allocated budgets
• Ensure all project information is appropriately documented and secured in the defined process including in the EPM
• Manage project staff according to the established policies and practices of the organization
• Monitor the progress of the project and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
• Report project progress, risks and issues to the senior management

The Successful Applicant

• Experience working as a project manager in hotels and resorts
• Detailed understanding of the hospitality sector in the Saudi market
• Fluent in English language
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and pro-active
