Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Procurement Manager to join our client s team in the luxury building materials industry in Abu Dhabi UAE. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a solid background in marble stone or construction procurement capable of managing global supplier relationships and ensuring seamless material sourcing for high-end projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for marble and stone materials aligned with project timelines and budget.
- Source premium quality stone materials from international markets especially China Greece Spain and Turkey.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers and negotiate favorable terms pricing and delivery schedules.
- Evaluate supplier performance quality standards and compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate closely with design estimation and project management teams to understand material requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends pricing movements and new product offerings in the marble and stone market.
Requirements
- Proven experience in procurement within the marble stone or construction industry.
- Familiarity with international stone brands and suppliers particularly from China Greece Spain and Turkey.
- Strong negotiation vendor evaluation and supplier management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
