Permanent full-time appointment for a Western-trained Consultant Nephrologist embedded within a UHNW Family Office healthcare structure in Abu Dhabi.
This role is focused on longitudinal renal health management early detection of renal impairment and complex chronic disease coordination within a high-net-worth population with multi-residence and international travel lifestyles.
You will oversee advanced renal risk stratification management of chronic kidney disease hypertension-related renal pathology metabolic and diabetic kidney complications and coordination of dialysis planning or transplant referral pathways when clinically indicated. The role places strong emphasis on prevention early intervention and preservation of long-term renal function.
You will work closely with internal medicine cardiology endocrinology and preventive medicine physicians within a discreet multidisciplinary framework. Care coordination extends across UAE-based facilities and international tertiary centres in Europe and the United States.
Requirements
Recognised medical degree from UK Ireland EU USA Canada Australia or New Zealand
CCT / Board certification in Nephrology or Internal Medicine with nephrology subspecialty
Minimum 812 years post-specialisation experience
Strong background in chronic kidney disease and complex metabolic disease management
Experience in private practice or executive/UHNW healthcare environments preferred
Exposure to multi-morbidity and complex long-term disease management advantageous
Fluent English essential
High discretion and ability to operate within confidential family structures
Willingness to be based in Abu Dhabi with international travel flexibility
