The ideal candidate will support project planning scheduling progress monitoring and coordination activities to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update project schedules work programs and progress reports.
- Monitor project progress and identify delays risks and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project managers consultants subcontractors and site teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Support planning and execution activities for high-rise building projects.
- Review project drawings construction schedules and technical documents.
- Assist in resource planning productivity analysis and progress tracking.
- Prepare recovery schedules and project status reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines contractual requirements and company standards.
- Maintain planning documentation reports and project records.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree / B.E / in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- 310 years of experience in contracting companies.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning scheduling and progress monitoring.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies and project coordination.
- Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
