About the Role
Hassi Properties is looking for a talented and motivated Personal Branding Assistant to support the CEOs personal brand across digital platforms. This role is ideal for a creative individual who understands storytelling visual branding and social media trends. You will work closely with the CEO to plan film and edit high-quality short-form content especially reels that reflect our brand values and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Create film and edit Instagram Reels short-form videos behind-the-scenes content and lifestyle/business footage
- Support the CEO at meetings events property tours and daily activities to capture on-the-go content
- Edit videos with strong storytelling pacing and brand consistency
- Develop creative concepts and content ideas aligned with the CEOs personal and business branding goals
- Prepare posts for Instagram LinkedIn and TikTok (captions layouts scheduling)
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms
- Research and apply trending audio formats and editing styles
- Organise digital content manage storage and maintain content libraries
- Deliver content on time and at a high standard
Requirements
- Proven experience in video editing (CapCut Final Cut Adobe Premiere or similar)
- Ability to film high-quality content using a phone or camera
- Strong understanding of social media trends hooks and engagement best practices
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas
- Highly organised reliable and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with personal branding real estate lifestyle or business content is an advantage
- Must have your own visa
Preferred Skills
- Photography and videography skills
- Basic graphic design (Canva or Adobe Suite)
- Knowledge of social media analytics
- Ability to travel within Dubai for shoots
