Job Description

Req ID : 2664771
  • Develop and implement a performance management strategy aligned with the department goals and the organisation's strategic priorities
  • Define and establish KPIs to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations, projects, and services at all levels
  • Design and implement a Balanced Scorecard framework tailored to the department needs, conducting regular performance reviews as required
  • Collaborate with executive management to develop performance contracts for IT leaders and managers
  • Engage with key internal and external stakeholders across the organisation to communicate performance expectations and enable a culture of accountability
  • Analyse performance data to generate insights and produce regular reports and dashboards that communicate performance trends to stakehold
