Must have 6-7 Years of SAP HR and Payroll hands on Experience.
Experience on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration and Testing
Have Implementation experience of SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), CATS, Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY).
Experience in blueprinting and writing functional specifications for RICEFW, user manuals,data migration.
Should be very well aware of UAE processes. Expected to be worked on the Detail UAE payroll configuration. Creation of wage types, EOS, Social Insurance , Full & Final settlment , ticket benefit,Payroll Schema rule configuration
Should have worked on Time management - the configuration of schema, absence/leave types and quota configuration, generation of leave quotas, correction.
Integration Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll and Finance, third party system.
Capacity to understand business requirements from a client s point of view.
Capacity to perform multiple tasks and deal with different expectations and undertakings simultaneously.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM configuration settings and solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of projects and enhancements.
Conduct system testing and contribute to the development of test scripts and scenarios.
Provide end-user training and support during project implementations.
