Job Summary

We are looking for a Parts & Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our automotive business through parts coordination vehicle-related administrative support and driving duties.

This role is ideal for someone with a good understanding of vehicles and automotive parts who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be organized dependable and capable of handling both operational tasks and field-based responsibilities. Core Functions

  • Assist with sourcing receiving organizing and tracking automotive parts and related inventory.

  • Coordinate parts requests and ensure timely availability for operational requirements.

  • Conduct vehicle pickups deliveries and transportation of parts when required.

  • Support daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow across the department.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Liaise with suppliers drivers and internal team members regarding parts and operational requirements.

  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements parts transactions and completed tasks.

  • Report daily activities issues and updates directly to the Supervisor.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure department efficiency.

Performance & Reporting

  • Prepare basic reports relating to parts inventory vehicle movements and operational activities.

  • Monitor stock levels and notify the Supervisor of replenishment requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and vehicle safety standards.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.

  • Previous experience in automotive operations parts coordination logistics or a similar role.

  • Good knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle components.

  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and reporting tools.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.

  • Mechanical repair experience is not required but a strong understanding of vehicles is preferred.

Work Arrangement

Type: Full-time on-site position

Note: Remote or hybrid work is not available. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the UAE.
