Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Part-time Commis Chef / Cashier for one of our dynamic food service based client in Liwa Western Region Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with hands-on experience in burger preparation and beverage service seeking a short-term opportunity with structured support and accommodation. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of food quality customer service and operational efficiency in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This position offers a unique chance to gain valuable experience in both kitchen and front-of-house operations with full support including housing and a competitive daily rate. The role is perfect for a male candidate with a valid visa and NOC eager to contribute to a vibrant team while building professional skills in a real-world food service setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble burgers fries and other menu items following standardized recipes and quality control guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen workstations equipment and storage areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of beverages including hot and cold drinks smoothies and specialty orders.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately handling transactions processing payments and providing receipts.
- Greet customers warmly take orders efficiently and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Restock kitchen and front-of-house supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations.
- Adhere to health safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Support senior kitchen staff and supervisors with daily prep tasks cleaning and inventory management.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Contribute to a clean organized and welcoming environment for both staff and guests
Requirements
Requirements:
- Male candidates only preferably with a valid UAE visa and NOC.
- 13 years of hands-on experience in a fast-food or restaurant setting with proven experience in burger preparation and beverage service.
- Strong understanding of food safety hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure fast-paced environment.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills with accuracy in transactions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
- Willingness to live on-site in provided accommodation during the assignment.
- Must be available to start on December 1 2025.
Note: This is a short-term 30-day position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
