Outbound Sales Executive
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls emails and WhatsApp outreach to prospective clients
Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling and networking
Present and demo products/services to potential customers
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM
Negotiate terms and close sales deals
Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and referrals
Maintain accurate records of calls leads and sales activities
Build long-term client relationships and identify upsell opportunities
Stay updated on market trends competitors and industry developments
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (preferred)
1 3 years of outbound/telesales experience (UAE market experience is a plus)
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi is a plus)
Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
