We are looking for a reliable and polite Office Messenger to join our team and support daily office operations by handling deliveries and general assistance tasks. Your duties will include delivering documents assisting staff and ensuring smooth internal and external communication.
To be successful as an Office Messenger you must be honest punctual and familiar with company procedures while maintaining a professional and helpful attitude.
Office Messenger Responsibilities:
Deliver and collect documents packages and office items
Assist office staff with routine support tasks
Handle bank visits courier services and government-related errands when required
Ensure documents are delivered safely and on time
Maintain cleanliness and organization of office areas when assigned
Follow company policies and instructions carefully
Communicate politely with staff clients and external parties
Eligibility:
