Job Summary
Acts as the CEOs right hand by combining legal compliance and executive office management. Responsible for setting up and running the CEO Office structure while ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and manage the CEO Office operations
Oversee all legal and compliance matters (contracts filings trusts etc.)
Ensure compliance across UAE KSA DIFC ADGM BVI Germany etc.
Manage the CEOs calendar travel and confidential matters
Coordinate legal/tax advisors and corporate agents
Organize executive logistics events FBO travel
Maintain documentation and filing systems
Qualifications :
Key Requirements:
LLB or LLM with strong legal and compliance background
Experience in UHNW offices or top-tier legal firms
Exceptional organizational and executive assistant-level skills
Discretion loyalty and real-time responsiveness
German fluency is a plus
