Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading UAE developers.
- Generate new leads through networking referrals calls and social media platforms.
- Conduct client meetings and provide professional investment advice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international investors.
- Stay updated with the latest off-plan launches market trends and competitor activities.
- Conduct property presentations site visits and virtual meetings with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of leads client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.

- Minimum 12 years of UAE real estate experience preferably in off-plan sales.
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi and Dubai real estate market.
- Excellent communication negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
- Strong networking and client relationship management abilities.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic Russian Chinese or other languages will be an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
