Nintex K2

• Lead and manage a team of Nintex K2 developers providing guidance mentoring and performance management.
• Oversee the design development and deployment of K2 solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements design workflows and ensure successful implementation of K2 solutions.
• Ensure the team adheres to best practices and standards in K2 development and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the K2 platform.
• Extending the platform if needed by creating custom broker custom endpoint assembly wherever needed
• Conduct regular team meetings provide status updates and manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Facilitate training and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.
• Communicate effectively with Arabicspeaking clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications :

• 5 years of experience working with Nintex K2.
• Extensive experience working with the Nintex K2 platform including design development and deployment.
• Experience in extending the platform
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Fluent in Arabic with strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with workflow automation business process management and digital transformation initiatives.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in Nintex K2 are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a clientfacing role with the ability to manage client relationships and expectations.
• Knowledge of other process automation tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
