Job Summary

Our client is a leading international automotive organisation with a strong presence across the GCC and Middle East. As part of its continued regional growth they are seeking an experienced Manager Network Development to strengthen dealer and distributor performance support network expansion and drive operational excellence across multiple markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive OEM or regional distributor professional who enjoys combining strategic planning with hands-on execution while working closely with senior stakeholders across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Dealer & Distributor Management

  • Manage relationships with distributors and dealer partners across assigned markets.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and implement performance improvement plans.
  • Resolve operational and commercial challenges through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support execution of regional business strategies and network initiatives.

Business Performance

  • Monitor key performance indicators including:
    • Sales performance
    • Market share
    • Inventory management
    • Model mix
    • Profitability
    • Retail performance
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
  • Support product launches commercial initiatives and business growth activities.

Aftersales & Customer Experience

  • Drive improvements in aftersales operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor service performance customer experience metrics and parts operations.
  • Ensure dealer compliance with regional aftersales standards.

Network Standards & Compliance

  • Conduct dealer audits and facility assessments.
  • Support showroom and workshop development projects.
  • Ensure brand standards and operational compliance are maintained.
  • Monitor completion of corrective action plans.

Training & Capability Development

  • Identify capability gaps across the dealer network.
  • Develop and deliver regional training programmes.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and certification compliance.

Reporting & Cross-functional Coordination

  • Prepare executive reports dashboards and business reviews.
  • Present recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Work closely with Sales Marketing Aftersales Finance IT and regional headquarters.


Requirements

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Automotive Management or a related discipline.
  • 1012 years experience within the automotive industry.
  • Proven experience in one or more of the following:
    • Network Development
    • Dealer or Distributor Management
    • Regional Operations
    • Business Planning
  • Strong understanding of automotive retail and distributor operations.
  • Excellent analytical commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience using Dealer Management Systems (DMS) CRM platforms and Business Intelligence reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the GCC and Middle East.
  • Fluent English is essential. Arabic would be an advantage.
