Job Summary
- Prepare all administration documents required by the Sales & Marketing Team - MICE
- Coordinate all Fam Trips and Site Inspections as required
- Providing administrative support to the Director Sales & Marketing in the preparation of month-end reports processing invoices and responsible for various general office-related tasks as required.
- Attend to all Sales & Marketing Department mail and maintain a correspondence database
- Assist with direct mail campaigns
- Maintenance and management of database
- Organize Trade Shows functions and exhibitions where applicable and advised by Superiors and carry out travel arrangements
- Assisting in the preparation of sales trips including coordination of sales kits gifts and travel arrangements
- Assist with the preparation of new products and services
- Work in line with business needs
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in business Commerce Economics and/or Marketing or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University.
- Fluency in English - spoken and written is a must additional language is a plus
- Minimum eighteen (18) months of sales and marketing experience with an international luxury hospitality brand/company.
