Job Summary
Perform installation maintenance and repair of mechanical electrical and plumbing systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve MEP issues across HVAC electrical circuits and water/plumbing systems.
Interpret and understand technical drawings layouts and schematics.
Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance checks.
Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental standards.
Maintain service reports and documentation for all completed work.
Coordinate with supervisors and engineers to execute MEP works as per project timelines.
Monitor usage of tools and materials and report shortages or damaged equipment.
Assist in emergency repairs and attend to urgent service requests.
Support inspections and quality checks as per regulatory and client standards.
ITI / Diploma in Electrical Mechanical or Plumbing or equivalent technical field.
Trade certification in MEP disciplines is a plus.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC electrical panels switchgear fire alarm systems and plumbing fixtures.
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
Knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations in MEP systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer literacy for report documentation.
Strong attention to detail and physical stamina.
