MEP Manager

We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead and manage all Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) activities from design coordination through procurement installation testing & commissioning authority approvals and final project handover. The ideal candidate will have extensive UAE experience delivering large-scale industrial logistics warehouse commercial and infrastructure projects while ensuring quality safety budget and schedule compliance.

1. Lead the complete execution of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works throughout the project lifecycle.
   
2. Manage HVAC Plumbing Drainage Fire Fighting Fire Alarm LV ELV Electrical and Building Services installations.
   
3. Coordinate with clients consultants architects structural teams subcontractors suppliers and government authorities.
   
4. Review IFC drawings shop drawings coordination drawings material submittals method statements RFIs and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
   
5. Ensure all MEP installations comply with project specifications UAE regulations and international standards.
   
6. Manage procurement planning vendor coordination and long-lead MEP equipment delivery.
   
7. Monitor subcontractor performance productivity quality and compliance with approved construction methodologies.
   
8. Plan and oversee Testing & Commissioning (T&C) integrated systems testing authority inspections and final handover documentation.
   
9. Resolve design conflicts through multidisciplinary coordination and value engineering initiatives.
   
10. Monitor project schedules milestones budgets risks and resource allocation.
    
11. Ensure compliance with HSE policies QA/QC procedures and company standards.
    
12. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports project updates and management presentations.
    
13. Support commercial teams on variation orders claims cost control and technical evaluations.
