We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead and manage all Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) activities from design coordination through procurement installation testing & commissioning authority approvals and final project handover. The ideal candidate will have extensive UAE experience delivering large-scale industrial logistics warehouse commercial and infrastructure projects while ensuring quality safety budget and schedule compliance.
Requirements
- Lead the complete execution of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage HVAC Plumbing Drainage Fire Fighting Fire Alarm LV ELV Electrical and Building Services installations.
- Coordinate with clients consultants architects structural teams subcontractors suppliers and government authorities.
- Review IFC drawings shop drawings coordination drawings material submittals method statements RFIs and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Ensure all MEP installations comply with project specifications UAE regulations and international standards.
- Manage procurement planning vendor coordination and long-lead MEP equipment delivery.
- Monitor subcontractor performance productivity quality and compliance with approved construction methodologies.
- Plan and oversee Testing & Commissioning (T&C) integrated systems testing authority inspections and final handover documentation.
- Resolve design conflicts through multidisciplinary coordination and value engineering initiatives.
- Monitor project schedules milestones budgets risks and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies QA/QC procedures and company standards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports project updates and management presentations.
- Support commercial teams on variation orders claims cost control and technical evaluations.
Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree (Mandatory) NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory) Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (International) ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification. Experience Skills & Competencies Minimum 12 years of HSE experience in Infrastructure Building / Villa construction projects. Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations (OSHAD / ADOSH) Expertise in ISO 45001 standards and audits Risk assessment and incident investigation Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contractors
