Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Engineer with a strong background in cost this role you will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for mechanical electrical and plumbing (MEP) projects. You will collaborate with the project team to review plans specifications and other project documentation to develop detailed cost estimates. You will analyze data perform takeoffs and prepare cost breakdowns for labor materials equipment and subcontractor costs. Additionally you will monitor project costs identify costsaving opportunities and provide recommendations to optimize project budgets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cost estimation for MEP projects excellent analytical and mathematical skills and a thorough understanding of MEP systems.
