Job Summary
- Develop manage and maintain BIM models for MEP systems using Revit and other BIM tools.
- Coordinate MEP designs with architectural structural and civil disciplines.
- Ensure clash detection and resolution using Navisworks and other coordination tools.
- Work closely with project managers engineers and contractors to facilitate smooth BIM integration.
- Maintain BIM standards templates and workflows for MEP systems.
- Generate shop drawings as-built models and detailed MEP documentation.
- Conduct BIM model audits quality checks and compliance reviews.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior BIM team members.
- Stay updated on BIM advancements industry best practices and new technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical Electrical or related Engineering field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP BIM coordination.
- Expertise in Revit MEP AutoCAD Navisworks and BIM 360.
- Strong knowledge of clash detection MEP coordination and construction documentation.
- Familiarity with MEP codes standards and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
