The job holder will be responsible for promoting the business by selling advertising and sponsorship packages across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

Conduct industry and market researches and develop effective sales strategies.
Maintain up to date knowledge of the competitors activity.
Develop strategic tactics with potential clients in the market and achieve the set sales target.
Drive revenue growth by building rapport and establishing strong relationships with prospective clients.
Bring new businesses through partnering with relevant companies to increase revenue and mobile app downloads and meet the set targets.
Come up with solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure targets are met.
Track all clients and opportunities and share weekly monthly and quarterly reports.
Contribute to the refining of the evolution of the business by researching effective global business models.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in business marketing or any other related field is required
Over 4 years of media sales experience in a fast-paced and highly competitive business environment in the UAE
Strong connections with advertising agencies in the UAE
Sales attitude with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships with external partners
Persistent and entrepreneurial approach
Self-motivated proactive and highly energetic

Required Experience:

Senior Manager
