Job Summary
The job holder will be responsible for promoting the business by selling advertising and sponsorship packages across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Conduct industry and market researches and develop effective sales strategies.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the competitors activity.
- Develop strategic tactics with potential clients in the market and achieve the set sales target.
- Drive revenue growth by building rapport and establishing strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Bring new businesses through partnering with relevant companies to increase revenue and mobile app downloads and meet the set targets.
- Come up with solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure targets are met.
- Track all clients and opportunities and share weekly monthly and quarterly reports.
- Contribute to the refining of the evolution of the business by researching effective global business models.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or any other related field is required
- Over 4 years of media sales experience in a fast-paced and highly competitive business environment in the UAE
- Strong connections with advertising agencies in the UAE
- Sales attitude with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
- Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships with external partners
- Persistent and entrepreneurial approach
- Self-motivated proactive and highly energetic
