Job Description

  • Minimum 0f 15 Years Experience in Oil and Gas Fields in Material and Corrosion for offshore/ onshore. Corrosion Software (e.g., ECE, Predict, etc.).
  • Good interpersonal relationship, planning & organizing skills.
  • Good knowledge of materials for use in sour service requirements and in-depth knowledge of NACE standards MR0175/ISO 15156, MR0103, TM 0177, TM 0284 etc.
  • Have sound understanding in material / corrosion failure investigation studies for in service and projects and establishing the root cause analysis and suggest mitigation actions to avoid reoccurrence.
  • Familiar with the use of non-metallics in oil and gas applications.
  • Have good knowledge on Corrosion mitigations viz. chemical injection, inhibitors / biocides, cathodic protection (CP), internal coatings , cladding etc.
  • Have Communication skill (written and oral) to clarify technical concepts to all levels of stake holders.

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
