Create professional marketing materials including service brochures case studies solution proposals and technical presentations.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key industry decision-makers (KDMs) and strategic stakeholders.
3. B2C Marketing & Consumer Brand Promotion
Build brand awareness and trust among individual patients families and healthcare consumers.
Plan and execute brand campaigns social media marketing content marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
Manage daily operations and content creation for company platforms including the official website LinkedIn Facebook Instagram and other digital channels.
Develop membership programs customer care initiatives and retention strategies to improve customer loyalty and repeat visits.
4. Video Planning & Production
Responsible for planning and developing brand promotional videos service introduction videos patient case study videos expert interview videos and other marketing content.
Coordinate video production processes including planning shooting arrangements and collaboration with external production teams.
Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro CapCut etc. including post-production editing voice-over subtitles and visual effects.
Create platform-specific short-form video content suitable for websites YouTube Instagram Reels TikTok and other digital platforms.
5. Market Analysis & Competitor Monitoring
Monitor and analyze healthcare market trends regulatory developments and competitor activities.
Prepare regular market intelligence reports to support strategic business decisions.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market data and customer feedback.
Requirements
Education
Bachelors degree or above in Marketing Advertising International Business Healthcare Management Medical-related fields or other relevant disciplines.
Candidates with healthcare pharmaceutical or medical industry backgrounds are preferred.
Language Skills
Chinese: Native proficiency.
English: Fluent business communication and professional copywriting skills.
IELTS 6.0 TOEFL 80 or English major certification (TEM-8) preferred.
Professional Experience
Minimum 3 years of marketing and brand promotion experience.
Must have marketing experience in the healthcare medical pharmaceutical or related industries.
Strong B2B marketing experience is required; B2C brand promotion experience is preferred.
Experience in UAE or GCC market promotion is highly preferred.
