Job Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Promotion (Healthcare Industry)
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for HYF Medical Center across the UAE and GCC markets to enhance brand awareness and market share.
- Manage both B2B and B2C marketing channels and develop differentiated marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and manage annual marketing budgets ensuring effective implementation and cost control.
- Build and strengthen the companys brand positioning within the healthcare and longevity medicine sectors.
2. B2B Marketing & Business Development (Corporate Clients)
- Develop targeted marketing strategies for corporate clients including hospital executives healthcare institutions government healthcare departments distributors and strategic partners.
- Plan and execute industry exhibitions medical conferences academic seminars and B2B client presentation events.
- Create professional marketing materials including service brochures case studies solution proposals and technical presentations.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key industry decision-makers (KDMs) and strategic stakeholders.
3. B2C Marketing & Consumer Brand Promotion
- Build brand awareness and trust among individual patients families and healthcare consumers.
- Plan and execute brand campaigns social media marketing content marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
- Manage daily operations and content creation for company platforms including the official website LinkedIn Facebook Instagram and other digital channels.
- Develop membership programs customer care initiatives and retention strategies to improve customer loyalty and repeat visits.
4. Video Planning & Production
- Responsible for planning and developing brand promotional videos service introduction videos patient case study videos expert interview videos and other marketing content.
- Coordinate video production processes including planning shooting arrangements and collaboration with external production teams.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro CapCut etc. including post-production editing voice-over subtitles and visual effects.
- Create platform-specific short-form video content suitable for websites YouTube Instagram Reels TikTok and other digital platforms.
5. Market Analysis & Competitor Monitoring
- Monitor and analyze healthcare market trends regulatory developments and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular market intelligence reports to support strategic business decisions.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market data and customer feedback.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelors degree or above in Marketing Advertising International Business Healthcare Management Medical-related fields or other relevant disciplines.
- Candidates with healthcare pharmaceutical or medical industry backgrounds are preferred.
Language Skills
- Chinese: Native proficiency.
- English: Fluent business communication and professional copywriting skills.
- IELTS 6.0 TOEFL 80 or English major certification (TEM-8) preferred.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 3 years of marketing and brand promotion experience.
- Must have marketing experience in the healthcare medical pharmaceutical or related industries.
- Strong B2B marketing experience is required; B2C brand promotion experience is preferred.
- Experience in UAE or GCC market promotion is highly preferred.
Professional Skills
- Strong knowledge of brand marketing campaign planning digital marketing and social media operations.
- Excellent copywriting content planning and creative communication skills.
- Ability to independently plan shoot and edit short-form video content.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite Canva and other design tools is preferred.
- Strong data analysis skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics.
- Valid UAE driving license and ability to drive independently are preferred.

- Ability to travel within the Middle East region or work on short-term overseas assignments.
