Job Description

  • Support headquarters in the preparation and implementation of global marketing campaigns.
  • Propose and develop internal and external communication and marketing programs in alignment with headquarters.
  • Design and create marketing materials, e.g. illustrations, PowerPoint Presentations, videos, banners, product data sheets, brochures, etc.
  • Plan, execute and track campaigns in alignment with headquarters.
  • Provide editorial content and input for our websites, social media, newsletters, internal communication, mailing and other marketing collateral.
  • Evaluate post-event results to drive continuous improvement in the future events strategy.
  • Review and analyze effective marketing strategies and successful ways to increase brand awareness
  • Provide insights about region-relevant industry trends in aviation and baggage handling, bringing new ideas and innovations to the team and competitive insights and ensuring alignment of region tactical plans to business goals.
  • Support for monitoring and implementing CI/CD guidelines (local contact person for these topics).

What do I need to qualify for the role?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Media Relations or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of related experience in Marketing and Communications in the industrial business domain.
  • Good working experience in creating technical content and translating the technical nature of the business to be understood by the general audience.
  • Hands-on experience in industrial marketing – digital solutions are a plus; sales-minded, always striving for creative ideas to push business.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work optimally with several stakeholders internationally.
  • High social competence, which enables positive intercultural interaction with colleagues and business partners.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Confident, results-oriented, highly motivated with a proactive attitude.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and experience in graphics and design are a plus.
