Market Support Coordinator (mwd)

We are looking for a Market Support Coordinator to support the development and execution of market activities across the Middle East region.

• Support the coordination of the distributor ecosystem (e.g. VIPs Agents Partners) including onboarding support training coordination performance tracking and ensuring compliance with local direct-selling regulations.
• Assist with market growth initiatives by supporting sales activities distributor engagement and customer retention programs across Middle East markets.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support the execution of localized campaigns promotions loyalty programs and incentive initiatives.
• Coordinate and support the organization of sales meetings training sessions roadshows and regional events.
• Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to help ensure product availability and smooth order fulfillment.
• Track and report key market support indicators such as distributor activity event participation and incentive performance.
• Act as a coordination point between regional teams HQ and internal departments (marketing logistics legal finance).
• Provide operational and administrative support for regional projects and initiatives assigned by management.

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Management or a related field.
• 24 years of experience in sales support operations coordination distributor support or a similar role preferably within the direct selling / MLM industry.
• Basic understanding of distributor networks and the Middle East market environment.
• Experience supporting events trainings or sales activities is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• **Fluency in Arabic and English is required.**Ability to communicate and coordinate with distributors and partners across the Middle East region.
