Job Description

- Plan and manage preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and uptime
- Coordinate and prioritize work orders to minimize production downtime
- Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and contractors, providing guidance and training
- Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies, ensuring availability when needed
- Develop and manage maintenance budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Identify process improvements and equipment upgrades to improve efficiency and reduce maintenance needs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment history
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support projects and new equipment installations
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective solutions.
