Roles & Responsibilities
1. Mechanical Fitter:
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks and repair work on mechanical equipment such as conveyors, pumps, motors, and hydraulic systems.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical problems and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Installation: Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
- Kaizen Implementation: Actively participate in Kaizen activities aimed at continuous improvement in maintenance processes, suggesting and implementing innovative ideas to enhance efficiency and reliability.
