Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Manager Planning MEP for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project planning scheduling progress monitoring technical coordination and resource planning for large-scale MEP works across high-rise developments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage MEP planning activities for high-rise building projects.
- Develop monitor and update project schedules work programs and progress reports.
- Coordinate with project managers consultants subcontractors and site teams to ensure project timelines are achieved.
- Monitor project progress and identify delays risks and mitigation strategies.
- Support technical coordination between MEP architectural and structural disciplines.
- Review BIM models Revit models and AutoCAD drawings for planning and coordination purposes.
- Prepare recovery plans resource forecasts and project performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with project milestones client requirements and company standards.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide planning-related technical support.
- Maintain accurate project documentation schedules and planning records.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree / B.E / in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in contracting companies.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
- Strong expertise in BIM Modeling and Revit.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Strong knowledge of project planning scheduling and progress monitoring.
- Excellent analytical coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project schedules and meet strict deadlines.
