Manager - MIS

Job Purpose/Objective

• Ensuring timely availability of reports, dashboards and data related to each activity taking place in CL.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring all activities and related data is captured in relevant system and in backup systems too.
• Ensuring timely reports and dash boards area available for management review and analysis.
• Ensuring accurate data and reports submitted for billing on time.
• Cross checking of data from different departments to track the activities taking place in CL
• Analyze the data and reports and submit to management.
• Storing data for timely retrieval in future.
• Coordination with different stakeholders (CL & CC Teams, Solution design team) for system requirements and improvements
  

Skills And Competencies

• 10+ years of experience of managing data in large scale warehousing setup
• Excellent knowledge of advance MS Excel including VB is needed
• Hands on experience of working in multi disciplinary setup
• Experience with OWMS is desirable
• Good written and oral communication skills are needed.
