Job Purpose/Objective
- Ensuring timely availability of reports, dashboards and data related to each activity taking place in CL.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring all activities and related data is captured in relevant system and in backup systems too.
- Ensuring timely reports and dash boards area available for management review and analysis.
- Ensuring accurate data and reports submitted for billing on time.
- Cross checking of data from different departments to track the activities taking place in CL
- Analyze the data and reports and submit to management.
- Storing data for timely retrieval in future.
- Coordination with different stakeholders (CL & CC Teams, Solution design team) for system requirements and improvements
Skills And Competencies
- 10+ years of experience of managing data in large scale warehousing setup
- Excellent knowledge of advance MS Excel including VB is needed
- Hands on experience of working in multi disciplinary setup
- Experience with OWMS is desirable
- Good written and oral communication skills are needed.
