SAP is seeking a Management Support Senior Specialist to provide highlevel administrative operational and project support to senior leadership including Board Members GET and L1 executives. You will manage daily office operations support executive workflows and contribute independently to crossfunctional initiatives.

• Manage complex executive calendars inboxes and correspondence
• Coordinate business travel agendas and expense processes
• Prepare reports documentation presentations and project materials
• Support accounting controlling and reporting activities
• Maintain accurate filing systems and CRM data
• Coordinate departmentwide events and programs
• Collaborate on crossfunctional projects with internal teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders inside and outside SAP

• Several years of experience in senior administrative or management support roles
• Strong organizational communication and stakeholdermanagement skills
• Ability to work independently prioritize effectively and solve complex issues
• Experience supporting senior executives in dynamic environments
• High attention to detail professionalism and a customercentric mindset
