Looking for Female Telesales Executive for an IT Company

Power Pen Office Equipment Trading LLC, a leading Printing Services company based in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a talented Female Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telesales, exceptional communication skills, be target-driven, self-motivated, and possess a professional and friendly demeanor. Previous B2B telecalling experience in the UAE is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services

- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory

- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers

- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs

Requirements & Skills:

- 2-5 years of experience in telesales

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Strong sales acumen and customer-centric approach

- Proficient in MS Office applications

- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus

- Flexibility to adapt to different customer requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
