Job Summary
We are looking for a Legal Advisor to provide day-to-day legal support and consultation to the company ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations and protect the companys legal interests.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily legal support and advice to the company.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
- Review draft and proofread contracts and agreements before approval.
- Handle legal cases in coordination with external lawyers when required.
- Prepare legal memos and reports for senior management.
- Assess legal risks and provide preventive recommendations.
- Monitor updates and changes in laws and regulations relevant to the companys operations.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) as a minimum.
- 4 years of experience in the legal field.
- Strong knowledge of commercial law and labor law.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing legal contracts and agreements.
- Strong legal analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) as a minimum. 37 years of experience in the legal field. Strong knowledge of commercial law and labor law.
