Legal Advisor

We are looking for a Legal Advisor to provide day-to-day legal support and consultation to the company ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations and protect the companys legal interests.

• Provide daily legal support and advice to the company.
  
• Ensure full compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
  
• Review draft and proofread contracts and agreements before approval.
  
• Handle legal cases in coordination with external lawyers when required.
  
• Prepare legal memos and reports for senior management.
  
• Assess legal risks and provide preventive recommendations.
  
• Monitor updates and changes in laws and regulations relevant to the companys operations.
  

• Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) as a minimum.
  
• 4 years of experience in the legal field.
  
• Strong knowledge of commercial law and labor law.
  
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal contracts and agreements.
  
• Strong legal analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
