As part of our continuous growth and people development strategy we are looking for a creative dynamic and highly organized Learning & Development Specialist to join our team in Dubai.
This role will be responsible for designing developing and delivering impactful learning experiences across both digital and in-person training platforms supporting the development of employees across Retail and Corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the companys Learning & Development strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify training needs through performance analysis stakeholder meetings and operational requirements.
- Develop annual training calendars and learning roadmaps for Retail and Corporate teams.
- Create onboarding leadership sales customer experience operational and compliance training programs.
- Design and develop engaging e-learning content and digital learning journeys.
- Create interactive training materials including videos presentations quizzes assessments guides and microlearning modules.
- Manage and update LMS (Learning Management System) platforms and online training libraries.
- Ensure all training content reflects brand identity operational standards and business objectives.
- Deliver face-to-face training sessions workshops inductions and group learning activities.
- Facilitate training sessions for Retail teams Store Managers and Corporate employees.
- Organize training logistics including scheduling attendance tracking training rooms materials and communication.
- Conduct role plays coaching sessions and practical learning activities.
- Monitor training completion rates learner engagement and training effectiveness.
- Track training KPIs participation feedback scores and learning impact.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly training reports and presentations for management.
- Collaborate with HR Retail Operations and Department Managers to align learning initiatives with business priorities.
- Research new learning trends digital tools and innovative training methodologies.
- Continuously improve training materials and learning experiences based on feedback and operational needs.
- Support regional training initiatives assessment centers and talent development projects when required.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Psychology Education Business or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development Training or Talent Development.
Strong experience creating e-learning and classroom training content.
Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
Strong presentation facilitation and communication skills.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and storytelling ability.
Experience within Retail Fashion Hospitality or Luxury industries is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced PowerPoint and content creation skills.
Knowledge of instructional design principles is highly preferred.
Fluent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
