Lead Technical Engineer
Job Summary
Black & Grey HR is seeking an experienced Lead Technical Engineer for a leading construction company in Dubai UAE. The role involves leading technical coordination activities across construction projects overseeing technical submissions and design coordination and ensuring compliance with project requirements authority regulations and industry standards
-Lead and manage technical engineering activities for construction projects.-Review and approve shop drawings technical submit material submissions and construction documents.-Coordinate with consultants clients subcontractors and internal project teams on technical matters.-Ensure all project drawings and technical documentation comply with project specifications and local authority requirements.-Identify analyze and resolve complex technical and design-related issues during project execution.-Oversee BIM coordination and multidisciplinary model integration when required.-Support project planning and ensure timely delivery of technical deliverables.-Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.-Attend technical meetings and represent the technical department in project discussions.
Requirements
-Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or a related field.-Proven experience in technical engineering within the construction industry.-Strong experience in design coordination technical submissions and project execution.-Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong understanding of BIM/Revit workflows.-Excellent leadership communication and coordination skills.
-UAE construction project experience is mandatory.
