Job Summary
Perform topographic boundary leveling and layout surveys using Total Station GPS Auto Level and other surveying instruments.
Establish horizontal and vertical control points and benchmarks.
Conduct as-built surveys and prepare accurate documentation for approvals.
Prepare survey reports coordinate calculations and digital survey files.
Process survey data and prepare CAD drawings in coordination with draftsmen.
Maintain accurate site measurement records and logs.
Set out foundations alignments levels utilities and structural elements as per approved drawings.
Identify discrepancies between design drawings and site conditions and report them.
Coordinate with site engineers consultants subcontractors and project teams.
Ensure proper maintenance calibration and safe handling of surveying instruments.
Troubleshoot instrument issues and recommend repairs/replacements if needed.
Hands-on experience using Total Station (Leica/Trimble preferred) GPS Auto Level.
Sound knowledge of construction drawings and survey principles.
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently on site.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Diploma in Civil Engineering / Surveying.
25 years experience in construction or infrastructure projects (UAE experience preferred).
Immediate joiner required.
