Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat
Provide accurate and helpful support to customers
Resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
Ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience
Follow company guidelines and procedures

Requirements

Korean (C1C2)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a customer support environment
Willingness to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah (UAE) and work on-site
Responsible patient and detail-oriented mindset
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
