Job Summary
- Review of enquiry requirements (RFQ documents) and RFI sheet.
- Preparation of scope summary and compilation of technical queries.
- Active participation during clarification meetings with Customer.
- Support in preparation and finalization of accurate cost estimates in line with Hunter policy procedures standards and
- rates and in accordance with Customer requirements.
- Support in preparation and finalization of proposal document along with any other documentation required for the
- submission.
- Preparation of Budgetary and Rental Proposals.
- Support during preparation of Project Budget.
- Preparation compilation and submission of prequalification documents.
- Drafting (AutoCAD) of general arrangement drawings and other basic layout for bid purposes.
- Preparation and issuance of RFQ documents to suppliers to get the cost and quotation required for estimation.
- Any other estimation and commercial support tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
