Review of enquiry requirements (RFQ documents) and RFI sheet.
Preparation of scope summary and compilation of technical queries.
Active participation during clarification meetings with Customer.
Support in preparation and finalization of accurate cost estimates in line with Hunter policy procedures standards and
rates and in accordance with Customer requirements.
Support in preparation and finalization of proposal document along with any other documentation required for the
submission.
Preparation of Budgetary and Rental Proposals.
Support during preparation of Project Budget.
Preparation compilation and submission of prequalification documents.
Drafting (AutoCAD) of general arrangement drawings and other basic layout for bid purposes.
Preparation and issuance of RFQ documents to suppliers to get the cost and quotation required for estimation.
Any other estimation and commercial support tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
