Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate executive and committee meetings including agendas meeting materials and scheduling
Prepare accurate meeting minutes resolutions and governance-related documentation
Track action items and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders
Maintain governance records statutory documentation and filing systems
Support governance reporting regulatory submissions and documentation processes
Liaise with senior management internal departments and external stakeholders
Ensure confidentiality accuracy and professionalism in all governance activities
Assist in enhancing governance processes and operational efficient
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Law Business Administration Corporate Governance or a related field
UAE National with family book
3 years of experience in governance board/committee coordination company secretarial legal operations or executive support
Strong exposure to meeting management minutes preparation and stakeholder coordination
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
High attention to detail organization and document management capabilities
Professional discreet and capable of handling confidential information
Experience within investment firms government entities banking large corporations or regulated environments is highly preferred
