IT Program Manager

• Program Leadership: Lead and oversee the implementation of SAP FICO projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and strategies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders and provide detailed reports and presentations to executive leadership on progress and plans.
• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, allocate resources, and manage project timelines to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Vendor Management: Work closely with external vendors and consultants, overseeing contracts, managing relationships, and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of SAP FICO systems.
• Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and user adoption of SAP FICO systems.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to minimize disruptions to project timelines and deliverables.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation, with at least 5 years in a program management role.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, and CO.
• Proven experience in leading SAP FICO projects from initiation to completion, with a focus on large-scale implementations.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in managing relationships with SAP consultants and vendors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
