The Successful Applicant

• 3-5 years in corporate finance advisory, asset management, or banking experience with a focus on real estate and hospitality transactions.
• Strong expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of the European, UAE, and other regional real estate markets.
• CA background or CFA candidates are given priority.
• Superior analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving prowess.
• Robust lateral thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication skills in both writing and speaking. Proficiency in Spanish or Italian is a bonus.
• Detail-driven with a logical and efficient work methodology.
