Provide secretariat and project governance support services across a variety of projects currently being undertaken by Enterprise Project Services (EPS).
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide high level secretariat support and meeting facilitation for multiple committees and governance boards
- Manage effective project performance reporting and outcome reporting systems are developed and implemented and quality reports, submissions, and briefings are provided regarding all areas of
- Provide specialist advice to inform governance, quality assurance and risk mitigation frameworks, standards, and processes for the programs and projects currently being managed by EPS, as well as focusing on the development and
- Maintain systems and processes for the collection of information for monitoring of progress and timely completion of actions and implementation of recommendations and
- Maintain and improve positive relationships with key stakeholders across each program and project to facilitate a collaborative approach to quality governance processes, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure Governance plans and processes are adhered
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure alignment with other activities across the program and projects, actively participating as a full member of the EPS contributing innovative ideas and

Essential Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated high level secretariat skills including facilitating governance and steering committee meetings
- Demonstrated well-developed knowledge of governance and risk management frameworks with the ability to support projects through to completion within an environment of substantial change, shifting priorities, and political
- Demonstrated well-developed knowledge of project administration processes and methodologies utilising conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to resolve issues, seeking continuous improvement via researching widely to identify
- Effective written and verbal communication, mediation, and negotiation techniques to communicate and collaborate with staff effectively at all levels, provide accurate guidance, data management, and successfully manage a wide network of stakeholder
- Ability to understand stakeholder perspective, expectations and adapt communication and approach as required, as well as contribute to the outcome-orientated frame of mind within the Governance
- Developed knowledge and techniques to deliver timely outcomes, manage multiple tasks and competing priorities, whilst retaining/creating excellent attention to detail and delivering a quality
