Culture Communication Officer

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance internal and external communication channels.
• Events planning & implementation to enhance work culture.
• Create and distribute memos and announcements to ensure timely and accurate information sharing within the organisation.
• Develop and maintain external communication channels, including social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn, to promote the organisation's brand.
• Write and edit newsletters, articles, and other communication materials to convey key messages and information to stakeholders.
• Foster a positive company culture by developing and implementing initiatives that promote employee engagement, collaboration, and a sense of belonging.
• Utilize AI and design tools to enhance communication strategies, such as creating visually appealing content and implementing automation processes.
• Monitor and analyze communication initiatives' effectiveness using metrics and feedback to continuously improve communication strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in communication, culture, and technology to incorporate innovative approaches into the role

Qualifications:

• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
• Proficiency in utilizing various communication channels and platforms, including social media (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn), internal communication tools, and newsletters.
• Familiarity with AI and design tools to enhance communication strategies and create visually appealing content.
• Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing communication initiatives and engaging content.
